By attending “THE EVENT” the Ticket Holder agrees that their full names, photos, video footage, and other details may be made public in such media that the event Sponsor may choose and that they will further agree to participate in all public relations and marketing activities of the event Sponsor on such terms, as the event Sponsor may require without any additional consideration.

The Ticket Holder hereby waives any claim of ownership to and acknowledge and agrees that the event Sponsor owns all media rights (now existing and to be developed) associated with “THE EVENT”.

4. Limitations

In no event shall Ticketsoko or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption,) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Ticketsoko Internet site, even if Ticketsoko or a Ticketsoko authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. TRAVEL: You cannot cancel your bookings online once it has been confirmed. However, you can write to us at support@ticketsoko.com for cancellations. Note that a penalty fee may be charged for cancellations or alterations of dates.
