EVENTS: All sales are final. No cancellations, refunds, or exchanges.
TRAVEL: You cannot cancel your bookings online once it has been confirmed. However, you can write to us at email@example.com for cancellations. Note that a penalty fee may be charged for cancellations or alterations of dates.
